A Tiny Look at My New Project

Tonight I finally got about half of the top together, but I'll wait until I get the whole top together to show it.

Here is just a small part of it.  It's been a challenge, but lots of fun.  I'm really liking it so far.
Sorry about the late night lighting.
I really need to lay this one aside for a few days to work on my friend's birthday project; her birthday is in mid-May.  It has kept me laughing.  I may show it before long.

Hope you are enjoying nice weather; it has been beautiful here in Texas for two days now!

    Whatever it is, it's looking good! We are having lovely weather here in OR too and it's supposed to stay sunny for the next week! Yea! The ground has been saturated for so long. One thing we have lots of here is worms!

    I can see that the piecing requires some thinking when it comes to light and dark placement on the nine patches.
