I'm missing it already!
The one I donated last year brought only $60. I should have bought it back and brought it home!
In both cases, I knew when I made them they would be auctioned for a good cause --- the youth program! So no time for tears! (But I really wish I had bought both of them back!) *Sigh*

I love that wall hanging, too (and I am a Canadian). You have helped the youth program and someone else gets to enjoy your beautiful quilting. How perfect!

Nice take on that banner;) Next time maybe you could make two...one to donate and one for yourself;) I have done that with a couple of projects, and it really doesn't take that much more time to make both;)
ReplyDeleteHappy Quilting!!
That's great news that you helped raise so much for the youth program. You can always make another one to keep and it may be better than the first one! You had practice making it. They are both beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWow! That is great Love!! Jenn
ReplyDeleteBoth of the projects are just wonderful. It is always hard to know what the bidding will bve like. Your contributions to the Youth Program are important to them. Good job.
ReplyDeleteWell done!

That is wonderful!
ReplyDeleteWell done! It was for a good cause. Now you can go make one for yourself :)
ReplyDeleteThat's great! You'll have to make another couple just for yourself then. ♥
ReplyDeleteJust remember "you did good". I loved both projects and they are for a good cause. Connie204
